the one about WORLD CUP 2006

GERMANY 2006 : 32 teams, 64 games, 1 prize
in less than 12 hours, the most awaiting football match, after four years, the wait is finally over.. finally, the World Cup is upon us... n everyone's life will change .. turning it upside down.. friends become rivals.. rivals become partner in crimes.. nite and day makes no difference.. livingroom turns to bedroom.. everything accumulates to: makan bola.. tido bola.. mandi bola.. kerja bola.. even political issues will put aside for a while (tho our previous PM has shook Malaysians by his 'unprofessional' remarks.. maybe becoz he misses de attentions he gets all these years..), till de football fever comes to end..
At 12 am, we will get to see a couple of Group A clashes with the host nation of Germay taking on Costa Rica, and Poland squaring off against Ecuador. You’ve had months to study the teams and predict the group winners. So, wats ur predict on the outcome of these two games??

Many questions remain whether this German team has what it takes to lift the trophy on July 9. We should learn more after tommorrow morning's game against a Costa Rica side that has struggled in de run-up to World Cup. Munich serves as the setting for a game the entire world will be watching. Germany will be without captain Michael Ballack who is out with a calf injury.
my prediction >> 1:0

Poland against Ecuador should be an interesting contrast in style and the winner of this match could be sitting pretty in a weak Group A. Poland will do its best not to be scored on by Ecuador’s keeper. Ecuador will do its best to not get too winded playing at sea level.
my prediction >> 1:1
